Room and acoustic design
The theater is drawn from the seats out. Row count, risers, screen size, and sightlines are set to the actual envelope. Isolation, absorption, and speaker placement are specified with the architecture so bass and reflections are handled on the drawing, not after drywall.
Drawings, elevations, and equipment specs
Plans, elevations, and an equipment specification go to the builder, electrician, and millworker. Projector, screen, speakers, rack, power, and finishes are on the sheet before anything is ordered. We stay through construction so the room gets built to the design.
