Lutron HomeWorks systems
HomeWorks QSX is the system we spec when the house needs a processor, engraved keypads, panelized loads, and lighting that ties to shades, audio, and HVAC. Palladiom, Alisse, and Sunnata keypads are typical. Ketra and Rania require HomeWorks — they will not run on RadioRA 3. Designed to the actual rooms, then installed, programmed, and supported after the job is live.
Lutron RadioRA 3 systems
RadioRA 3 is the professional wireless system for whole-home jobs that do not need a HomeWorks processor. It is the right path for retrofits and for new homes that want Lutron scenes, Sunnata keypads, and shades without opening every wall. Capacity is hundreds of devices, not thousands. Installed and programmed by us — not a DIY hub.
Service and programming
A Lutron system is not finished at rough-in. We install, write scenes, set timeclocks, and stay on HomeWorks and RadioRA 3 for adds and changes. Existing systems get the same path — new engraving, extra loads, shade adds, and service calls. If the house already has Lutron, we can take it over.
