Whole-home control systems
The house has to run as one system, not a pile of apps. We design control for the actual rooms — lighting, shades, audio, video, climate, and security on one interface. RTI and Josh.ai are typical. We program scenes, remotes, and voice so the client uses the house, not the rack. Installed, programmed, and supported after the job is finished.
Motorized TV, projector, and appliance lifts
The display or the appliance should disappear when it is not in use. We spec Nexus 21 lifts and Future Automation for the cabinet, ceiling, floor, or niche the structure will actually allow — not a generic lift drawing. That includes TV lifts, projector lifts, and appliance lifts. Travel, weight, and cable management are set to the load. We install and set limits so the movement is quiet and the finish looks like millwork, not hardware.
Scheduled scenes and AI control
The house should run without someone hunting for a remote. We build schedules and scenes for the actual day — morning, away, evening, night — then layer AI so lights, shades, audio, and climate follow the house instead of a pile of timers. Josh.ai is typical for voice and intelligence. RTI covers the keyed, programmed side. We write it, test it, and leave the client a system that starts on time and stays out of the way.
